The next slides focus on creating a multi match predictor on a group chat and the different states during the game’s duration.
User testing and feedback
We regularly tested the app with fans at pubs, and NY bars were the games where playing. We talked to fan club members and the committee organizing the national fan association for the US. On some occasions, we also used usertesting.com.
We received constant feedback that organized by different app sections, tracked online, and linked to relevant resources.
